LightBurn problem sending data

I can’t send my design to my machine. It says there was a problem sending data to the laser. The Machine may be busy or paused.

I have an an XTool D1 10W running on a Dell Laptop.

Please follow xTool’s guidance on setting up LightBurn with their hardware: https://support.xtool.com/hc/en-us/articles/4414120232983-User-Manual-for-xTool-D1-LightBurn-Software

Once you have installed the D1’s Laser Profile in LightBurn, you will be able to select a COM port for your laser in the Laser window, as per the guide. This is likely to resolve your connection issues.
