I am running Lightburn 1.3.01 on a Dell Precision 5750 laptop running Windows 11. Whether I am connected to my XTool D1 Pro or not whenever I click the preview icon the program freezes. All the menus go grey and the only thing I can do is stop the program using Windows Taskmanager.
Any suggestions?
Does this happen with all designs or only specific designs?
Can you upload an .lbrn file where this occurs?
Mine did that with a specific file in offset fill. I just assumed I messed something up with the file. I rebuilt the file and it worked fine after. Still not sure what caused it other than I had some trace error that it didn’t like.

The solution
In a response from a previous question regarding scaling of the program, I was advised to go the the “High DPI scaling override” option and click the box for “Override high DPI scaling behavior”
It turns out that was bad advice. By unclicking that box, the “Preview” option is working again.
What sub option did you have selected? I’m using “Application” without issue with Preview. May be worth a try.
