Been having problems lately with sending programs from the computer to the laser. It’s allowing me to open lightburn and pull up the file I want to open. Next the file gets downloaded and I put it within the cutting area. I adjust the power, the speed, and the height for the correct part. I go to frame it and it stops in the middle of it framing and light burn freezes on the computer. My cord is fine, been using the same one for a year with no problems till now. I’ve opened and reopened everything and it does the same thing. Anything else I can do?
