Lightburn recognizes Laser but can't move it

Hi, brand new user here. I have an Ortur Laser Master 2, and i’m on mac. In Lightburn I’ve connected the device and it says its “ready”. However on the laser itself, other than the LED lights which do turn on, there is no indication of anything, sound or power. Telling it to go to Origin or home does nothing. Maybe I missed a connection somewhere? If anyone has advice, please advise.

Ortur Laser Master 2: No X/Y Movement or Homing

Make sure you have the power cord plugged in - if it’s just connected by USB, it will talk to you but there will be no power to the motors. I know this seems like a dumb and obvious thing to start with, but I just connected mine and did this myself, so I figured we’d start here.

Laser wasn’t fully plugged in, LEDs were getting power from USB connection.
