Lightburn replacement camera freezes up

New replacement Lightburn camera freezes up model 8MP 75N. This new replacement camera freezes up causing Lightburn to also stop working. Previous Lightburn camera was a 8MP 85W and I had no problems with it other than once calibrated it looked like the bed was four feet from the camera. The 75N captures my laser bed perfectly, but it freezes up after about one minute causing Lightburn to freeze up. I made sure the computer power settings do not shut off the USB hub and ports etc.

Did I get a lemon or are there some settings I’m missing that would cause the freezing.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks - Pete

UPDATE:
The only way that the camera does not freeze up is when the honeycomb bed is covered.

I calibrated the camera with the honeycomb covered and there was no freeze up. As soon as I uncovered the honeycomb bed the camera froze.

If anyone out there can provide some insight on why this is happening and what can be done to overcome the freeze up it would be very helpful.

Thank you,
Pete
