I have a fairly new computer operating on Windows 10,using Lightburn on a Ruida controller with an Omtech 60 w laser. Everything has been great…UNTIL today. Lightburn froze and I restarted my entire system. When I reopened Lightburn it asked me to set up my laser as if it was brand new, all the settings - ugh. I had a bad feeling in my gut, of course.
Then once initiated, when I went to my Art Library, an entire years worth of intricate design and purchased files is missing. I DO have these files on my computer but I’m so distraught at the moment, I don’t know where to start. Is anyone willing to assist? Thank you
Thank you for your time and assistance. I did a system search and am really baffled about where I “found” my lbart files…they were scattered in the strangest file locations. I have restored them all to the visual library within Lightburn but I must move them all to the correct folder now - and I have no idea how they became so disorganized, as my system is very organized and I like it that way.
