ich benötige Bitte eure Hilfe. Ich habe ein XTool S1 40 W Modul Diodenlaser. Ich habe folgendes Problem:
Wenn ich einen Materialtest durchführe als Schnitttest. Schneidet der Laser manchmal Dreiecke anstatt Vierecke.
Er macht es nicht immer. Ich habe den Laser mit einem recht langen USB Kabel mit meinem Laptop verbunden. Am Anfang dachte ich es läge an dem langen USB Kabel. Jedoch selbst bei einem kurzem Kabel tritt häufiger der Fehler auf.
Auch selbst vektorisierte Projekte die von Inkscape in Lightburn importiert wurden. Schneidet er manchmal ohne Fehler und dann wieder mal mit schrägen Linien. Es wirkt so als ob willkürlich Geraden im Projekt abschneidet. Bedeutet zum Beispiel: Bei einem Rechteck führt er eine Ecke nicht vollständig aus, sondern fährt zuvor schräg nach oben. Oder auch andere Pfade führt er nicht vollständig nach Vorgabe aus und springt zum nächsten Pfad. Ich denke nicht das es ein mechanisches Problem ist.
Habt ihr eine Idee woran es liegen kann?
