I have a JCZFiber laser engraver, and the software can see it, but not connect to it. In the picture you can see that theres a port number, and if i disconnect the machine, the number disappears. Clearly lightburn can see the machine but not connect to it. I know it works because im able to use the software fine on my laptop, but I’m just unable to do the same on the desktop I use usually when working on my engraver. Is there like somthing I missed if it works on my laptop I never used for laser printing, rather than on my desktop I have worked with?
