You have provided the image I asked for in my first response, thank you. This is why there is a gap in the cut path. With ‘Tabs / Bridges’ On (green), you are asking for LightBurn to place gaps in the cut path, so the part does not fall out after being cut. You have set this On, so LightBurn is doing exactly what you have asked it to do. If you don’t want this, turn that Off (red).
I see the Override is still turned On and it should be Off.
Please show pictures. I assume you do not have enough airflow and this is why you are getting burning on the edges. You have not said what you are cutting nor shone the result. I cannot help you if you do not provide what has been asked for.
