Masking an image then crashed. Unable to preview an image now. Keeps rastorizing and stays at 20% then crashes.
Might have been too high of DPI setting when adjusting the image.
I sent an email to developer@lightburnsoftware.com and am hoping for a prompt and professional response from you both. You have the crash attachment so a intelligent response would be expected.
So does this require an uninstall and reinstall???
I’m unable to preview anything now regardless of the type of image imported.
