Lightburn freezes during framing when i go to move the project into place. I can exit out of framing and the laser stays framing and i have to close lightburn as well as restart the fiber to get the program to continue working. i can use the laser with everything else like acually lasering and stuff just not framing.
Lightburn freezes when i try to frame but doesn’t frame. I have exited and restarted the program but still doesn’t work. It will laser a job but won’t frame or gets stuck on it saying it is framing when it is not.
We need to know more about what you are doing. Frame in Lightburn is just a short, simple program sent to the laser. There is nothing special about it. If a job works, Freme should also.
Open the Console window and turn on the Show all switch. Then perform the Frame operation. Then copy and past the contents of the Console window in your Reply.
I have no idea how to fix your problem. I was just noting that fiber lasers don’t use the console. Therefore you won’t be able to enable it or see anything there.
The best way for us to help you with this would be via email to support@lightburnsoftware.com. If you can send your Support Data, or your laser configuration, we can look to see if you have a setting that’s configured wrong - it could be as simple as that.
