Lightburn "time out 1s" console

I’m using an Xtool D1 Pro and I keep getting this message pop up on the console.

Some context; my xtool was stopping mid burn and throwing out this “time out 1s” on the console. A few things I’ve done so far is replace the USB, manage the USB power settings, and spoke with Xtool tech reps who’ve told me it could be a power supply issue and so got sent a new one (delivered just yesterday 08/30/2024).

So far, with lightburn console I’m not “losing connection” anymore however now the laser head just stops mid project while the actual project timer keeps going, that and the “time out 1s” still pops up.

The only other thing I can think of is it could be a static issue?

I know this post is a bit older, but I was wondering if you ever found out what was causing this issue. Mine just started doing this yesterday. I replaced the power supply, the usb cable, the laser module, disabled power management on usb ports, switched usb ports, and checked for firmware updates for the laser. Nothing has worked so far.
