Lightburn to trigger an output on RAMBo board to turn off Fan 2 output for relay control at end of job

I am looking for advice on what output that can be used to operate a 12vdc relay at the end of a job.
I use am currently using a diode laser NEJE with my MPCNC running Lightburn software.

It was indicated that the Fan 2 output could be used as an output to control a relay.
I am unsure as to how to have the Lightburn software trigger this output for the Fan 2 on the RAMBo board though.

Any advice will help
