Since we’re always working on improving our software, we’re seeking users interested in a short, virtual interview. As a thank you for your time, we’re offering participants who meet the criteria an upgraded full-featured LightBurn license (i.e., one that supports diode, CO2, and Galvo lasers) and a one-year extension on software updates.
Our goal is to understand your experience using LightBurn. We’re working with an independent research team, CX By Design, to ensure we gather unbiased and accurate data. They will be conducting the interview and facilitating the discussion. These discussions will take place at a date and time that’s convenient for you, from March 22nd - 29th, between 10 am and 6 pm your local time.
The discussion will be a 45-minute Zoom call with a research team member. During this call, you will be asked questions about your experience with LightBurn. Your responses will help us improve our software. Once the call is complete, we will reimburse you for your time by applying your upgraded license and one-year extension on software updates.
