Lightburn will not find my machine

Im not understanding why lightburn will not control my atomstack A5 pro

Not that unusual, I have an Atomstack S10 and LB did not find it. Just set it up manually. Set the com port and bed size and GRBL controller.

Thanks but I’ve tried that and when i hit find my laser i get nothing!!!
