Lightburn will not preview or burn like the picture I created

Hi all,
I have been fighting this for hours and needing some help. The picture on the left is one I created. Some of it requires to be tilled. The pic on the right is what it shows in the preview. The missing pieces are set to be filled.
Any ideas why it wont setup.

Your pictures didn’t upload. You can drag and drop the files into a reply or upload them using the upload Icon in the middle of the row of icons in the reply box.
