Why won’t Lightburn recognize my engrraver?

There are a few other reasons this can happen.
If another program is open, and connected to the engraver through the USB port, that USB port will be unavailable to LightBurn and LightBurn won’t recognize the the engraver on the port that it can’t access.
USB hubs, cable adapters and other signal conversion equipment can create unusual hurdles to getting hardware connected. Please use one simple cable to connect and get started.
