trying to install to win7 get this error. api-ms-win-crt runtime -1-1-0 dll
This computer is in shop (work area) does not have internet.
Is it a 32 bit or 64 bit machine?

Tried to install vc-redist, will not install. Msg is that newer ver is installed.
