Lightburn will not start up unless I unplug my lightburn camera

Lightburn will not start up unless I unplug my lightburn camera. It will just stay on the startup screen, as soon as I unplug the usb for the camera it starts right up. I then have to switch back and forth between none and lightburn camera to get the camera to activate normally after plugging it back in. This does not happen 100% of the time on start up, more like 90%. I have tried different usb ports and it didn’t seem to make a difference. All drivers seem up to date. Windows 10.

You can determine if there’s a power related problem by putting a powered USB hub in the circuit. The camera should then use the hub’s power adapter rather than the computer’s main board power. It may not solve the problem but may eliminate one factor.

I will give that a try tonight. Thanks
