Just bought the software, downloaded and installed. Everything looked normal except lightburn did not start after the install. I can not get Lightburn to open. I have reinstalled 2 times and rebooted between each install.
This is the only software on my laptop (Acer Predator Helios) that will not run
Please state what you saw as you tried to run Lightburn. You may send an email to Support@LightburnSoftware.com and include a link to this posting.
A recent Windows update changed some Windows Runtime components. You may need to restore the components in order to open LightBurn.
Please install the two files below and then try again.
