Lightburn won't load to Windows 10

Read and try. Seems to have been an issue with recent Windows Update.

Unable to start

After turning on this morning clicking the icon to start failed to have any effects. I reloaded 1.701 still nothing. Looked for any hung versions, nothing tried ctrl click, nothing, tried to start from within the folder, nothing, rebooted win 10 3 times, nothing A operating on an older model laptop with new ssd drive and 16 gig ram all other prograns work ok. My Office pc working well so now at a standstill. What to do??? help please
