If you actually have a D1 Pro, your settings are wrong. Unless you have the 20W or 40W, your working size should be 430x400, uncheck laser offset if you’re not using the crosshair (should be X-16 if you are), there’s no Z control, so disable Z Control, uncheck auto home at startup, your S-Value should be 1000, and Baud should be 230,400.
All of these should have been set if you had imported the config file provided by XTool for Lightburn. Here’s my settings for my XTool D1 Pro 10W;
