Lighturn + Neje A40640

Hi everyone!

I just finished preparing my “home” machine by installing the NEJE A40640 laser with ARDUINO ONE.
I mainly have two problems:
1- when I do the cutting test it reaches 40% and then on the test card it goes OFF.
2- when I try to make the laser work by drawing a square, the laser turns on for an instant and then goes OFF.

I add some information that may perhaps help:
a - I am using the TEST BOARD provided by NEJE
b - I’m using LightBurn 1.5.04
c - I am using ARDUINO ONE
d - I have loaded the GRBL 1.1F firmware
e - The laser is NEJE A40640 40W (15W output)

Below are the values after entering the $I and $$ commands:

In your device settings what is this set at.

It needs to match this number
image

the value in setting and $30 is the same.

at the beginning I started with firmware 0.9 and I could modify only the setting number. Now with v.1.1f i’m qualified to changhe $30-$31-$32.

in any way, even using Test instead of TTL, as soon as I bring the power above 40 it goes OFF.

and now unlike before, as already written, if I try to start a simple drawing with max power 255 as soon as the engraving starts it comes off.
