How could i recover the content of a project ligthburn file, something happend and the program craches but the file get corrupted or something like that, and i can not see the content of such file

You need to find out why your LB crashes, it is not normal behavior of the program.
You can freely determine the interval of the backup of your LB projects and restore them from the last backup. You need to find the directory LB uses to store your backups.
i dont know why, i let i stoped working and try to continue next day, ligthburn was freezed and no backup file, and the existing never opened againg showing the content, it opens as empty file even it is about 30MB file
30MB is a lot… but the fact that it can’t be opened really surprises me. Unfortunately, it’s not that easy to send such a relatively large file, otherwise I could have tried to open it.
