Hello, I recently started getting into laser burning / Engraving and have been having an issue with it. When I try to burn a tree on tile everything else burns fine but the tree. The tree has lines in it every time no matter where I place it it, speed, power everything. So I decided to try a different tree, same thing happens. It’s like this ortur laser master 2 20w hates trees. Any thoughts?
My first print was amazing except the tree made the laser jitter so much that the rest of the prints was off center. So I started printing the tree last. I have waisted 8 tiles now because of the lines.
Oh sorry about that, that would have been more helpful. So since the post I have been working on burning a picture of my wife and son and there are no lines, so its just when i do trees
Hello. It’s been 6 days since I posted this and am wondering if I’m maybe looking for help in the wrong section? Is there direct support available or just community forums? I know that sounds like I’m coming off as a jerk and I’m far from that. I have just been having issues with this that I was in hopes to getting help on sooner than later.
It’s weird that I can engrave other things without issues but trees so far.

Looking at this file I see you have ‘Flood Fill’ set for the Trees layer. Resulting in the laser bouncing around a bunch. This is not the intended use of this feature. Turn that OFF (red).
