I’ve been working on getting full-wrap tumblers up and running, all is well except there are lines ever so often in my designs? I know speed and power play a part, I’ve messed around with those settings but turning it up too high also causes grid lines in the engravings even though it gets rid of the lines (mostly, still not 100% gone)

Do those lines show up in your preview window? There are some images online that have a watermark feature that uses fine lines.
If not, adjust your lines per inch slightly higher.
The spacing between the lines looks consistent, would it happen to be precisely your split size in rotary settings? What’s your overlap set as? I’d bump the overlap up slightly, or vary your split size to see if the lines shift the same amount
edit: I’m accustomed to galvo stuff, didn’t realise GRBL/DSP doesn’t have that option, but makes sense.
They do not! I will try the lines per inch to see if that’s what’s up with it, I’m new to all of this so appreciate the help!
I was going to say I haven’t seen overlap or split size settings anywhere for mine so was about to ask lol
