I am having a project stop mid burn on LM3, I recorded for Ortur- 20 min in, laser stops, but indicates “busy”. I am getting no where with Ortur. I am usb connected from laptop to laser via usb.
Try running your job with 0% power and come back with the result.
Finished the whole project on 0 power
Likely you have a bad power supply.
Type $$ on Lightburn console window and copy/paste here the output.
With the mouse pointer select the output in console after the $$ and copy then paste here in a post.
I am not seeing “output”
Project file saved as cheersto50years.

Try moving the slider down.
My messages keep coming back to me indicating “address not found”.
The slider is all the way down, there’s nothing after the $$ signs
Sorry, not seeing this.
Your laser need to be connected to Lightburn.

ok
I believe your power supply is faulty, lets wait for @gilaraujo .
In the meantime type $I and post the output.
Did you get any message in console about “power supply”
Is that a $ and lower case L?
No power supply messages
$ and capital i.

Now after that- my laser is busy and a bunch of ?’s have shown up in console
This is a very very old firmware and you would really benefit of an update.
As @parsec said a test you could run is unplug the laser head cable - run just the motions. As in, run the project but without laser head attached.
OLM3 will move but not engrave.
Same errors?
What is odd is “Locked and turned off”
That could be the auto power off feature though.
So firmware 1st, test of laser unplugged 2nd.
