After a month using the, the laser is suddenly stopping in the middle of a burn. Seems to be a known issue, but other than a workaround to ground the machine, I have seen no other resolutions.
Get this code in console:

Any thoughts
The console text comes from GRBL after a hard reset, but if it’s failing at exactly same point in the pattern every time, then the cause is not likely to be static discharge.
The lines just before that message may have more information, if you can capture them the next time around. Perhaps engraving a few patterns on cardboard, rather than something expensive, will help pin the problem down.

Download this file
Remove SD card from machine → put it in SD card reader and into your pc/mac
COPY BIN file to SD card root
Plug SD card on machine and power on
in console type
$FWU=ESP_OLM3_209.bin
press enter
Machine will start blinking and update
Once done redo the same project, long one, at 1% power please. will it finish motions?
