Hello,
I am using a Logitech Brio 4K camera with LightBurn on a Windows 10 system and am experiencing a significant drop in image quality. Despite the camera supporting high resolution and performing excellently in other applications, the image quality in LightBurn is noticeably poor.
Here are the steps I have taken to try and resolve the issue:
- Updated LightBurn to the latest version.
- Configured the camera to its maximum resolution using external applications (Logitech G HUB and Logitech Capture) before launching LightBurn.
- Checked the image quality in other programs, such as OBS Studio and VLC Media Player, where the quality was excellent.
- Updated and reinstalled the camera drivers.
- Set the camera to its highest resolution in Windows settings.
Unfortunately, none of these steps have improved the image quality in LightBurn. I have not found an option within LightBurn to change the camera resolution settings.
Additionally, I am using a MOPA M7 laser, which may be relevant to the issue.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. If anyone has encountered a similar problem and found a solution, I would be grateful for your advice.
Thank you!
