Longer Camera on laptop

I have a windows 11 Home on an Lenovo laptop. I installed a longer camera. I can see the camera image on the laptop. However light burn never request access to the camera
I check the privacy app I can see the requests however they never show the request

I have tried everything I know. The app is not in the privacy and I cannot addd it

Can you confirm two things for us?

  1. Can you see the Longer camera clearly in the Windows Camera app?
  2. Have you fully closed anything else that may be using the camera, including Windows Camera app, Longer software, Zoom, Teams, a browser tab, or any other camera-accessing software?

Only one program can usually use the camera at a time, so if another app has it open, LightBurn may not be able to access it. If other apps can’t see it either, then that’s the problem.

After closing those apps, restart LightBurn and check the camera dropdown again.
