Longer Ray5 10W disconnecting randomly

I am using a Longer Ray5 10W and it keeps disconnecting in the middle of a job. I have done all the standard stuff, swapped USB ports, it is the only thing running on that power outlet, bought a new USB cable from BestBuy, power settings dont allow the computer to go to sleep at all.

After searching the forums I thought I had fixed the problem by setting by setting the device settings, transfer mode to synchronous instead of buffered. When I did this last night it finished a 2 hour run fine. Today I loaded a different file and it quit after 17 minutes like I have been fighting against for the past week.

This is a screenshot of the console:

running pc and laser on different outlets (breaker circuits) ? Flicking a lightswitch on the same breaker could introduce noise that breaks connection, speacially if not grounded.

I see yours has a touch screen - you could save your gcode and let it run from the screen, to eliminate connections issues?

I feel your frustration - I have battled similar issues.

So I now have a UPS on my laser and it still continues to just stop streaming, this time it didnt show any disconnect in the console. It just stopped mid burn and just says Busy and is stuck at the same stream time. I cant interact with the laser at all until I turn it off, quit Lightburn and start it up again. Can see in the new screenshot what I am meaning. Does anyone have a clue what else I can try?

While I can print from an SD card, I really do not want to do that as I am trying to set this up so my wife can print while I am at work and only have to load more tiles and hit start do do nothing else.
