Longer Ray5 10W keeps stopping during a burn

My Longer Ray5 10W keeps stopping during a burn and won’t resume. I disabled the USB suspend settings but it still keeps happening. When I was working with the trial version I had no issues. Now, after purchasing the license this happening. Has anyone ever had this happen before and if so, what is the fix? Firmware update? I’m on Windows 10 running a Dell Optiplex 9010 with a wired connection.

I’m on a deadline to get some holiday product out the door…HELP!!!

Had a similar issue - replaced the USB cable (which looked perfectly good) with another cable (which also looked perfectly good) and the problem went away. If you have a spare cable it’s the easiest thing to try - might work in your case too!

False coincidence. Licence changed no laser operation conditions in Lightburn.

@cpatenall is correct, it is a USB communications issue.
