I added the 850x850 extension kit to my Longer Ray5 20W. I’m trying to burn two straight lines, one down the X-axis, the other down the Y.
The Y-axis line burned without issue. When I try to burn the X-axis line, I get the following:

Because of the laser head, you may not be getting full travel. You got lucky on the Yaxis. Reduce the travel range on the Xaxis maybe 10mm and try that.
Go to Edit Machine Settings and look up your machine settings. Your machine settings in the firmware may need to be adjusted to the new 850 x 850 value. Looks like lightburn is set correctly
Under Output Setup your looking for $130 and $131.
If everything on the firmware looks good do what the gentleman above said on the X axis
I was busy helping someone move the entire Labor Day weekend and haven’t had a chance to try any of the suggestions.
