You know I am actually just gonna run it this way for awhile I have been messing with this problem for over 2 weeks now I am happy we found the problem. I appreciate you and your team staying with the problem. I still have not heard back from Longer support they told me they had seen this before but never had the answer for the fix, I think I am going to send a final email to them with the fix. I was also on a Longer support group on facebook. It took a minute to figure out to navigate Lightburn support forum. Once again thank you for the persistence and quick response. I may go back later and change the device settings it took me awhile to figure out the screenshot mode in Windows 10. I have learned more about my laser, windows 10 and Laserburn I am just ready to play now . I am definitely glad I purchased the program. Thanks again.
Note that I’m a user like you. While you will see LightBurn folks actively and frequently posting here this is predominantly a user forum.
In any case, glad you have something that works for you now. I suspect you’ll be making the suggested change sooner rather than later… The first time you forget to swap units and crash the head. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgotten similar workflow requirements.
Same issue. Longer Ray5 using an SD card. I have to shut down every time I finish a print or the next “frame” command will be way off the top of the usable area. Even if I load a different design from the SD card.
