I just purchased a second hand laser engraver. I don’t know anything about it. Is there a way to get software for this unit.

Can you please let me know what is best for me to provide. As I was saying. I purchased it second hand and know nothing about it. That’s why I’m looking for help.
I have the motor and stuff moving but no laser light comes on. It’s acting like it’s engraving my picture i put in. But no light coming on. Machine is moving, no light to burn picture into wood.
Is it a Hundai or a Yugo?
2-door or 4-door?
