Loss of full range of motion

Greetings All
I’m having some issues with the new update. At some point after homing the machine, and then homing through Lightburn I have lost full range of motion intermittently on both X and Y axis. The machine will home correctly, however if I jog with constant jog, and setting a distance of 30 mm on the X it will go full range to the right to the limit switch. if jogging left after unlocking the machine the jog will stop at a certain point as if it has hit the limit switch but will travel no further.
Additionally, when setting up to use the rotary, there is no change of direction on the Y regardless of which arrow I press. It will change direction randomly, but it’s the same until it switches back.
I have gone as far as opening laser grbl to see the problem exists there also, but all seems normal.
I’m assuming this is a settings issue, but have no idea where to begin.

I should add that I did notice this issue when setting up my rotary and it grew from there.
Thanks

Update on my jogging issue!!!
In order to regain full functionality, In the laser panel, I switched to grbl-M3 which has got me back up and running, but I lost the continuous jog function. So with that said is there a GRBL update that I don’t know about? I have a Masutar PRo 40x40
laser grbl v 7.12.0 just updated today
in Lightburn I usually run the grbl
the added confusion is why would I have to switch back and forth.
