Hello,
Our UV laser lost power after we upgraded the Lightburn software. It was working just fine and now it barely scratches the surface of the material. We have tested the machine in EZCAD 2 to make sure it’s not a laser issue and works just fine at full power. We didn’t change any settins and checked all the power settings of the laser and there were no changes made.
Does anybody have any similar experiance with this issue?

I don’t know the UV part of these, but with a similar board, I have to import the proper configuration file that has the galvo information also. That’s usually done when you create the device.
