Loss Origin Axes - Perdita Origine Assi

I immediately apologize if I might have the wrong section, this is my first post (second after introduction  ) and I am not sure of the section.

I own a FoxAlien CNC Mauster Pro model that I use both as a CNC precisely and as a Laser. The spindle I usually use is the Makita RT0700 trimmer and as a laser the 20W FoxAlien module.
For the past few weeks I have wanted to experiment and “play” a bit with the laser and after a first attempt at engraving with LaserGBRL very ragged and rough, I had made almost no adjustments, I decided to try Lightburn. Here, however, I noticed that every time I tried to engrave something the machine always crashes because it “goes out of bounds” and trips the limit switches. After a couple of checks I noticed that if I homing and check the position the origin is not at 0,0,0 but at X=-273.7 Y=-306.5 Z=29.5 as you can see from the 2 attached pictures, of lightburn and easel. I have also tried entering the “G92 X0 Y0 Z0” command at console which resets my coordinates, but at the first new homing the problem recurs. I have tried doing the same with Easel and with LaserGRBL the machine zero never corresponds to absolute zero but rather the coordinates above.

Do you know how and if I can solve this?!!!
Thank you to anyone who can help me.

uongiorno a tutti,

Grazie a chiunque possa aiutarmi.

There are many variables.

The next step for me would be, in LightBurn, open the Move window and set the Jog speed low and the Jog distance low.

Test the compass arrows around the ‘Home’ to confirm that the head of the laser moves as the arrows would dictate.

If you discover that a pair of Jog arrows seems to be reversed, note which pair and, again in LightBurn, move the Origin (in Device Settings) to the opposite corner in the direction of the reversal.

This may already be perfect, but if not, the behavior you describe is almost a certainty.

This is a setup typical of CNC engravers. It seems that FoxAlien is not an exception.

The plain text should translate well if needed.

so many thanks @JohnJohn i fix it!!!
