I have been using the trial version of Lightburn and just bought the permanent version but then it upgraded but after the upgrade I lost my art library files (which was tough and time consuming). Can you please tell me how to retrieve my lost projects.
Libraries are just stored as files wherever you saved them. You should be able to click “Load” in the library window and just browse for your file wherever you saved it before. Is that not working?
Ok, so I tampered around a bit after I clicked “load” like you said and I have found them.
