New to Lightburn. Had it working did the first set up video. Burned the “Hello” perfectly. Had an erand to run, exited Lightburn shut all hardware down. Now it will nor reconnect to lase. Windows 10, still on the free trial of Lightburn, using 3018 Pro from Sweety. What did I miss. TYI

Try this. It sounds like you need to select the correct com port, but double check all your settings this link may reveal something as well.
The summary:
Turn on Laser Mode to get rid of the travel lines
You’re trying to move too fast, which is why you don’t get enough power
You need to zero the machine
3018’s are pre-configured for use as CNC machines, not lasers, so their settings and speeds will likely need to be changed to give you acceptable results with LightBurn.
