Lost focal length cylinder for sculpfun s30 pro max

Maybe it’s because I have a 3 year old. Maybe it’s because I’m irresponsible. Alas, i lost my little aluminum cylinder that’s used to measure the distance between the bottom of the laser and the material so that the top face is at the focal point. I know this measurement is different for different lasers, and mine is the Sculpfun S30 pro max 20W laser. I’m asking here for some help. If you have this laser and you have the cylinder, can you please tell me its length? I’ll just burn a piece of wood that length and use it instead. Thank you!

Here are some replacements, hopefully it’s the right size.
I don’t have a Sculpfun to be sure if it’s the right measurement.

Do a ramp test to determine your ideal focal length and then make your spacer.

Just did one and discovered anything with a grain gives poor results. Use MDF, stiff cardboard, or something similar.

Best I could tell, my 50mm gauge bar is basically dead on for my S30 Pro.

I made this.

Thank you!! 40 mm is the answer. I’ll cut a piece of wood this distance.
