Low power, strokes are not executed well TOPWISDOM TL-410C

Hello everyone,

I’ve been checking the forum and there is no thread regarding this topic.
I have version of lighburn 0.9.23.
What happens is that the laser does not offer its maximum power and also does not correctly perform the cutting lines. The lines do not converge or are unfinished.
What I have tried to do is enter EDIT, then device settings, but in this version of lighburn it does not allow you to configure the maximum power of the device. On the other hand, when I open CONSOLE to fire the $30 command, CONSOLE is idle and I cannot type any commands.

Can someone help me configure the stroke and power parameters correctly for lighburn version 0.9.23

Thanks in advance

How are you determining this?

Can you run these commands in Console and return the output here please?

$I
$$

Also, go to Edit->Device Settings and take a screenshot please.

This is likely a mechanical issue. Do a full review but especially check belt tension and wheel tension.

Also, what speed settings are you using? Do results change if you slow down?

A topwisdom tl-410c controller is a dsp unit, as far as I know…

Did you try Edit → Machine settings?

I suspect they have a start speed, like a Ruida that can effect power at low speeds… Does your layer have minimum/maximum power settings?

I’d suggest you upgrade to a newer version, lots of new goodies…

:smile_cat:

Ah. Yes indeed. I misread this as Twotrees.

In that case disregard requst for the Console output and Edit->Device Settings.
