M4 Chuck Rotary light engraving & Distorted

Hi All, I am running the Acmer P2 33W with Windows 10 I have the new M4 chuck rotary from Acmer as well, I have watched all the videos I can find on YouTube, I have gone through the set up guide. when I go to engrave on a tumbler the engraving is extremely light and broken up, and the image is stretched almost oblong
I have my power MAX set to 100 and speed set to 2000, I have done the diameter measurement and set that the book said to set the MM per rotation to 122 which I did so i don’t know what I am setting wrong?
Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated…
thanks in advance
Jesse

Couple of issues here. I cant address the issue of the engraving being extremely light. You would need to play with power and speed issues to correct that. But as far as the other two issues. I have written instructions on how to set up a rotary chuck and also how to address the issue of the design looking oblong on a mug. See the documents below. These are word documents so change the extension from txt to docx
