I have pretty much the same problem with my MacBook Air running a Galvo JCZFiber 30 watt laser.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. I’m not overly techy when it comes to computers being a bench jeweller of 30 years. I find the Galvo great for laser engraving designs, hallmarks and photos for customers, but actual semi-programming when something goes wrong with the tech stuff is way out of my league.

Hi Bill,
The galvos require a fundamentally different approach to troubleshooting.
I’m going to move your post out of the Atomstack group and get it to where you can get some assistance with your Galvo Laser.
Has this engraver worked in the past? I’m not quite sure where you’re at with this device.

The Galvo was working for about 2 weeks then I started getting problems.
Christmas is very busy for me so I wasn’t able to do anything about it till now.
