I am having issues getting my Macbook to hook up to GRBL & Lightburn. I can get it to work in Easel. Any suggestions so I can use this software?
This sentence left me somewhat confused and unsure how to offer any help. (As I am probably the one who wants to and can help)
Please clarify the following questions:
1 - Does LightBurn initialize on the Macbook?
2 - Does Lightburn communicate with the laser machine (GRBL)?
3 - Does Easel communicate with the laser machine (GRBL)?
I am going to guess here with the info provided, but a USB communications issue is not guessing.
If your MBook USB is USB-C, then add a dirt cheap USB hub between the PC and the laser.
PC USB-C cable to USB-A to HUB to USB-A cable to USB-C on the laser.
