once the image is selected to burn, the laser runs the program but does not burn, everything is connected, what do i do

It looks like the firmware is broken. I have never seen such messages before. Try to flash the latest firmware.

What laser is this for? Is it the CR Laser Falcon listed in your profile?
If so, check the manufacturers download page for the firmware and follow their instructions to reapply the firmware:

I did, I downloaded the software that was presented to me and this is the outcome it’s OK I will call customer service and have them fix the problem
Did you remove the TF card to activate the USB connection?

The USB connection may be competing with the TF card.
