I have a macbook air ( MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 ) and am using an Atomstack A5 laser engraver.
I am new to using a laser engraver and lightburn. I watched a bunch of tutorials and set up my laser with lightburn. It went smoothly and found the laser (connected to USB) immediately.
I am now trying to use the laser, but it says “disconnected” under the laser tab on the right side.
It is still plugged in and it “found” the laser when setting it up like 5 minutes ago.
I have read through similar discussions, but see nothing specific to help someone with a MacOS Catalina using an Atomstack A5 .
