If anyone is having trouble with the start of your job getting smashed with one of these units, Its probably due to belt slack. I didn’t realize such a small amount of slack would have large impacts to a job. Something that fixed my issue right away is shoving a straight pick into the plastic next to the belt to put a load on it and give it more tension. Seems a little Mickey Mouse but it works great!

Is there no tension adjustment?
You could drill/file the stepper mounts oval to give you some shiftability.

There are oval holes that seem to serve that purpose however, you cant move the stepper motor any further down because it is blocked by the hex bolt that holds the whole thing together.
