Manually updated Lightburn from website - Now license issues

I was unable to update the software due to TLS initialization failure issue. I downloaded the software from the website and manually installed the software but now it’s showing I’m on the free version.
When I deactivate my license it gives the option to enter the license key which I purchased initially and have renewed also. I have saved that information but somewhere that I can’t find apparently. When I try to find the license by going to the license portal in this forum, it gives this screen:

But when I enter the information it provides me no details about my license number. Even when I put in Lightburn in the search bar.

Not sure what I might be doing wrong since this seems to work for others. I’m confident it’s something I’m doing but need a little direction to know what to do next,

Thanks in advance.

Is it possible your license is associated to a different email address?

This is odd. Did you install on top of your current installation? This shouldn’t have in any way changed your license details unless the license solution detected a change in the system that triggered a new activation.

I did install on top of current version.
It is possible that Lightburn is associated with a different email I guess. I will need to see if I can determine that.

If you can’t sort it out I’d suggest emailing support@lightburnsoftware.com for more direct resolution to your issue.

I figured it out. I had an email from some time ago that had the license key. I used that and it’s resolved. I’m saving it in a more obvious place this time.

Nice. I’d suggest still sorting out the issue with access to the license portal. That’s still important functionality.
