Like the title says, I’m in search of a map wizard to tell me what I’m doing wrong.
I’m attempting to get a map of JUST waterways into Lightburn. The problem being SnazzyMaps is showing the “point of focus” waterway as a convergence of streams (which it technically is), but the Maine Game Warden who is requesting it as part of a memorial for a fallen Warden wants it to reflect that area as a body of water (it’s a bog). USGS map locator shows it as what appears to be a pond, which is what they want.
I can’t for the life of me get the proper file to import into LB, the USGS doesn’t export nicely and has things like contour lines we don’t want… and the Snazzymaps would have worked fine but is showing the bog incorrectly.
